Roz Helfand - Non-profit organization and public policy consultant

Roz Helfand is a non-profit organization and public policy consultant who collaborates closely with Los Angeles's creative community. She develops innovative programs, coordinates community outreach, and manages organizational development and government relations. Roz works extensively with the City of West Hollywood, and is a co-founder of the annual West Hollywood Book Fair and the West Hollywood Human Rights Speakers Series. She currently organizes these programs as well as the West Hollywood Women’s Leadership Conference. Roz has also worked with Amnesty International, SmartGals Productions, Off-Chance Productions, Artists for a New South Africa, Doctors Without Borders, the National Organization for Women, USC’s International Public Policy & Management Program, and many other non-profits. Roz is passionate about film and fostering opportunities for artists--she frequently collaborates with filmmakers through her non-profit work. And, Roz loves the Marx Brothers!
