Celebration is the latest music video from 2S Tahltan and inland Tlingit sound artist, songwriter, composer Edzi’u directed by queer Metis filmmaker Justin Ducharme. The fourth track from their album Kime Ani, the work heavily features vintage recordings of three of Edzi’u’s grandmothers, as well as audio of Edzi’u herself, her kid sister, and some friends. The video a companion piece that imagines a dream like diptych of a personal celebration bath.
