Lameng (Beila) Bei is Head of Studio (New York) at DramaBox, leading the New York studio’s strategy and operations—setting creative and production standards, building talent systems, strengthening production governance, and driving consistent delivery from development through post. An early builder of the U.S. vertical drama industry, she built the New York division from the ground up and helped raise and institutionalize East Coast production quality through rigorous standards and repeatable systems. Her early breakout helped propel the werewolf wave in North America’s vertical market. Beila holds an MFA in Film from USC.
