NewFilmmakers LA presents a special, extended program featuring THE EQUALIZER on September 20th, 2014 beginning at 1pm.

This months program at NewFilmmakers LA includes 5 film programs comprised of a feature documentary, 15 short films and an advance screening of the Columbia Pictures feature film THE EQUALIZER starring Denzel Washington.

THE EQUALIZER screening begins at 7:30pm and is free and open to the public. If you would like to attend this premiere screening as our guest, please RSVP for your complimentary tickets here*. Your complimentary admission also includes access to a pre-reception and after-party with free drinks at the bar. Tickets to our 1pm Documentary program and 3pm, 4:45pm and 6:30pm Short Film Programs can be purchased here.

In The Equalizer, Denzel Washington plays McCall, a man who believes he has put his mysterious past behind him and dedicated himself to beginning a new, quiet life.
